Chef de Partie - Mercure Wetherby

In this position, your flair for high standards of food preparation and superb presentation are called for. You will also help run all food outlets within the hotel, train other chefs in good working procedures and take care of a broad range of other duties.

This role has the potential to develop into a Sous Chef position.

The position could be a live-in one to the right candidate.
