Breakfast Supervisor - Mercure Chester East

Placing the right people in the right jobs is crucial to our success. In this role you will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the Restaurant and Lounge areas during Breakfast, dealing with customer comments and inquiries.

You will need to have a thorough knowledge of all products, so as to make recommendations to customers, to ensure that all orders are of the highest quality presentation and accurate, to remain at the podium maintaining an overview of the whole service operation and direct staff accordingly.
